WHO IS STONEWALL?? The friendships in this band go back 50 years! We grew up in the same neighborhood and went through elementary school and high school together. The bonds of friendship were strengthened after playing at the Dulaney High, Class of '71 30th reunion and we decided to record some of the songs from that evening. Stirred by the events of 9/11, Bruce had written lyrics for a song and the band developed it musically. This became the title track. In January 2002 we met in Floyd, Virginia at Stonewall Bed and Breakfast (hence our band name) and recorded our first CD, "You Can't Kill Freedom." Over 3 days we recorded live for all the tracks and overdubbed some keyboards and harmony guitar tracks. The 4 bonus tracks are from that CD.

Stonewall On the Rocks, our latest compilation, was recorded in just 10 hours in January of 2007! Some additional keyboards and guitar tracks were added later and mixed for this CD. As usual, the group had a great time together and we hope our enjoyment is reflected in our music.
